वहः सथया तया राजन सह संवत्सरॊषितः अति शङ्का भवेत सथाने तव लॊकस्य चाभिभॊ ।। ४-६७-४ ।।

sanskrit

‘O king, I have lived within the same household with your daughter for an entire year, even though she had attained the age of youth. Under such circumstances, it would not be unnatural for you, or for others, to harbour doubts concerning her or myself.’ ।। 4-67-4 ।।

english translation

vahaH sathayA tayA rAjana saha saMvatsaròSitaH ati zaGkA bhaveta sathAne tava lòkasya cAbhibhò || 4-67-4 ||
