'Meanwhile, the feathered arrows of Śvetavāhana, shot from the Gandiva, sped in all directions, as though intent on the wholesale destruction of the foe.' ।। 4-59-31 ।।
'And issuing forth from his car, those blazing arrows, tipped with gold and winged with feathers, sped through the sky like flights of swans in their course.' ।। 4-59-32 ।।
तस्य तद दिव्यम अस्त्रं हि परगाढं चित्रम अस्यतः परेक्षन्ते समान्तरिक्ष सथाः सर्वे देवाः स वासवाः ।। ४-५९-३३ ।।
'And all the celestials, with Indra himself stationed in the firmament, gazed in awe upon another celestial weapon, hurled with tremendous force by the peerless archer Arjuna.' ।। 4-59-33 ।।
'Seeing that, the Gandharva Chitrasena, filled with the highest delight at the wondrous sight, praised the king of the gods, Indra, with words of admiration.' ।। 4-59-34 ।।
'Behold these arrows of Pārtha, streaming through the sky in a single, unbroken line! Truly wondrous is the skill of Jishnu in wielding this celestial weapon.' ।। 4-59-35 ।।
