नैष देवान न गन्धर्वान नासुरान न च राक्षसान भयाद इह न युध्येत कुन्तीपुत्रॊ धनंजयः ॥ ४-४५-१६ ॥

'Whether gods, Gandharvas, Asuras, or Rakshasas, Dhananjaya, the son of Kunti, will never shrink from battle out of fear.' ॥ 4-45-16 ॥

english translation

naiSa devAna na gandharvAna nAsurAna na ca rAkSasAna bhayAda iha na yudhyeta kuntIputrò dhanaMjayaH ॥ 4-45-16 ॥

यं यम एषॊ ऽभिसंक्रुद्धः संग्रामे ऽभिपतिष्यति वृक्षं गुरुड वेगेन विनिहत्य तम एष्यति ॥ ४-४५-१७ ॥

'Filled with wrath, he will bring down anyone who stands before him, like a tree felled by Garuda’s weight.' ॥ 4-45-17 ॥

'Superior to you in prowess, equal in archery to the lord of the celestials, and matched in battle by none but Vasudeva himself, who would not praise Partha?' ॥ 4-45-18 ॥

'Countering celestial weapons with celestial ones, and human weapons with those of mortals, who among men can rival Arjuna?' ॥ 4-45-19 ॥
