सभायां सम विराटस्य करॊमि कदनं महत तत्र मां धर्मराजस तु कटाक्षेण नयवारयत तद अहं तस्य विज्ञाय सथित एवास्मि भामिनि ।। ४-२०-२ ।।

sanskrit

'Had it not been for the watchful gaze of Kunti’s son restraining me— like a mighty elephant held back—I would have unleashed havoc in Virata’s court. Without hesitation, I would have crushed the proud head of Kichaka, drunk on his own power.' ।। 4-20-2 ।।

english translation

sabhAyAM sama virATasya karòmi kadanaM mahata tatra mAM dharmarAjasa tu kaTAkSeNa nayavArayata tada ahaM tasya vijJAya sathita evAsmi bhAmini || 4-20-2 ||
