चन्द्रप्रभाश्चन्द्रवर्णाः पूर्णचन्द्रनिभाननाः । चन्द्रशीतलगात्र्यश्च नृत्तगीतविशारदाः॥६-८-१६॥
They are moon-radiant and moon-hued, with faces like the full moon; their bodies are cool like moonlight, and they are skilled in dance and song.
english translation
दश वर्षसहस्राणि तत्रायुर्भरतर्षभ । कालाम्ररसपीतास्ते नित्यं संस्थितयौवनाः॥६-८-१७॥
Their lifespan there is ten thousand years, O bull among the Bharatas. Having drunk the juice of the Kālāmra, they remain perpetually established in youth.

दक्षिणेन तु नीलस्य निषधस्योत्तरेण तु । सुदर्शनो नाम महाञ्जम्बूवृक्षः सनातनः॥६-८-१८॥
To the south of Mount Nīla and to the north of Mount Niṣadha stands the ancient, mighty Jambū tree, named Sudarśana, everlasting.

सर्वकामफलः पुण्यः सिद्धचारणसेवितः । तस्य नाम्ना समाख्यातो जम्बूद्वीपः सनातनः॥६-८-१९॥
That tree is sacred, bestowing the fruits of every desire, and is attended by Siddhas and Cāraṇas; by its name the ancient continent is known as Jambūdvīpa, everlasting.

योजनानां सहस्रं च शतं च भरतर्षभ । उत्सेधो वृक्षराजस्य दिवस्पृङ्मनुजेश्वर॥६-८-२०॥
O bull among the Bhāratas, O lord of men, the height of that king of trees is one thousand and one hundred yojanas, reaching to the heavens.
