कण्ठ संकोचनं कृत्वा नासाग्रमवलोकयेत् । गोरक्षासनमित्याह योगिनां सिद्धिकारणम् ॥२-२६॥

Now you should look at the tip of the nose (the front part of the nose) while shrinking your throat area. This is called Gorakshasana which helps yogis achieve success.

अङ्गुष्ठाभ्यामवष्टभ्य धरां गुल्फौ च खे गतौ । तत्रोपरि गुदं न्यस्य विज्ञेयमुत्कटासनम् ॥२-२७॥

Keeping the weight of the entire body on the toes of both the feet, lift both the heels and place the anus (both the buttocks) on them. Doing this is called Utkatasana.

वामपादं चित्तेर्मूलं संन्यस्य धरणीतले । पाद दण्डेन याम्येन वेष्टयेद्वामपादकम् । जानुयुग्मे कर युग्ममेतत्संकटासनम् ॥२-२८॥

Keeping the front part of the knee of the left leg on the ground, wrap the right leg around the left leg and place the palms of both the hands on the knees of both the legs. This method is called Sankatasana.

Keeping the palms of both the hands firmly on the ground and keeping both the elbows on either side of the navel region (right and left side) and raising the whole body straight like a stick on both the elbows is called Mayurasana.

पद्मासनं समासाद्य जानूर्वोन्तरे करौ । कर्पूराभ्यां समासीन उच्चस्थ: कुक्कुटासनम् ॥२-३०॥

After doing Padmasana, take both your hands from between the calves and thighs and place both the palms properly on the ground. This will lift the body above the ground. In this situation the seeker feels as if he is sitting on a stage or a wooden stool. This is called Kukkutasana.
