कण्ठ संकोचनं कृत्वा नासाग्रमवलोकयेत् । गोरक्षासनमित्याह योगिनां सिद्धिकारणम् ॥२-२६॥

Now you should look at the tip of the nose (the front part of the nose) while shrinking your throat area. This is called Gorakshasana which helps yogis achieve success.

अब अपने कण्ठ प्रदेश को सिकोड़ते हुए नासिका के अग्रभाग ( नाक के अगले हिस्से को ) देखना चाहिए । यह योगियों को सिद्धि प्राप्त करवाने वाला गोरक्षासन कहलाता है ।
