जानूर्वोन्तरे पादौ उत्तानौव्यक्तसंस्थितौ । गुल्फौ चाच्छाद्य हस्ता भ्यामुत्तानाभ्यां प्रयत्नतः ॥२-२५॥

Keep both the soles of your feet hidden between the knees and thighs and place them on the heels of both the feet with the palms of both the hands.

english translation

अपने पैरों के दोनों तलवों को घुटने व जँघाओं के बीच में छिपाकर रखें और दोनों हाथों की हथेलियों से दोनों पैरों की एड़ियों के ऊपर स्थापित करदें ।
