कटुकायासदन्त्युग्रानीलिनीक्रिमिशत्रुभिः । सर्पिरेभिश्च गोक्षीरदधिमूत्रशकृद्रसैः ॥३६॥
This clarified butter, prepared with the pastes of bitter, sharp, and intense substances like Kutukaya, Sadantya, Ugra, Nilini, Krimi, Shatrubhi, and mixed with cow's milk, curd, urine, and the juices of medicinal herbs, is effective in treating epilepsy.

यह घी, कुटुकाय, सदान्त्य, उग्र, नीलिनी, कृमि, शत्रुभि आदि कड़वे, तीखे और तीव्र पदार्थों के लेप से तैयार किया जाता है तथा गाय के दूध, दही, मूत्र और औषधीय जड़ी-बूटियों के रस के साथ मिलाकर मिर्गी के इलाज में कारगर है।

The clarified butter known as Panchagavya, when prepared, cures all types of epilepsy, expels evil spirits, and controls conditions like intermittent fever, asthma, and madness.

पंचगव्य के रूप में जाना जाने वाला शुद्ध मक्खन, जब तैयार किया जाता है, तो सभी प्रकार की मिर्गी को ठीक करता है, बुरी आत्माओं को बाहर निकालता है, और आंतरायिक बुखार, अस्थमा और पागलपन जैसी स्थितियों को नियंत्रित करता है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptभार्गीशृते पचेत् क्षीरे शालितण्डुलपायसम् । त्र्यहं शुद्धाय तं भोक्तुं वराहायोपकल्पयेत् ॥३८॥
The milk, when prepared with Bhargi (a medicinal herb), should be used to cook a porridge made with Shali rice. This preparation, when consumed by a boar kept fasting for three days, should be considered pure for use after three days.

दूध को जब भार्गी (एक औषधीय जड़ी बूटी) के साथ तैयार किया जाता है, तो उसे शालि चावल से बनी खिचड़ी पकाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए। तीन दिनों तक उपवास रखने वाले सूअर द्वारा सेवन किए जाने वाले इस मिश्रण को तीन दिनों के बाद उपयोग के लिए शुद्ध माना जाना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptज्ञात्वा च मधुरीभूतं तं विशस्यान्नमुद्धरेत् । त्रीन् भागांस्तस्य चूर्णस्य किण्वभागेन संसृजेत् ॥३९॥
Having known that it has turned sweet, one should remove it from the stomach. Three parts of the powder of that (preparation) should be mixed with one part of the sediment of wine.

जब यह मालूम हो जाए कि वह मीठा हो गया है, तो उसे पेट से निकाल देना चाहिए। उस चूर्ण के तीन भाग को शराब के तलछट के एक भाग के साथ मिला देना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptमण्डोदकार्थे देयश्च भार्गीक्वाथः सुशीतलः । शुद्धे कुम्भे निदध्याच्च सम्भारं तं सुरां ततः ॥४०॥
For the purpose of treating the digestive issues, a cool decoction of Bhargi should be given. It should be placed in a clean pot, and then the mixture should be allowed to ferment. Afterward, the wine (Sura) should be prepared from it.

पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं के उपचार के लिए भार्गी का ठंडा काढ़ा पिलाना चाहिए। इसे साफ बर्तन में डालकर मिश्रण को जमने देना चाहिए। इसके बाद इससे सुरा (शराब) तैयार करनी चाहिए।
