पीतं घृतं हन्त्यनिलं सिद्धमार्तगले रसे । यवक्षाराजमोदाभ्यां चित्रकामलकेषु वा ॥११॥
Drinking clarified butter helps to pacify the Vayu (air element) and is particularly effective when it is prepared with Siddha, the medicinal essence, or combined with the juices from the glands of the throat. Additionally, it can be mixed with Yava-Kshara, Ajmuda, or Citraka (a medicinal herb) to further aid in healing. This mixture is beneficial for restoring the voice.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवदार्वग्निकाभ्यां वा सिद्धमाजं समाक्षिकम् । सुखोदकानुपानो वा ससर्पिष्को गुडौदनः ॥१२॥
One should take the medicinal preparation made from the fire of Devadaru and Agni or consume the clarified butter mixed with the medicinal paste prepared with rice and mustard. Alternatively, one may take food mixed with sweetened water or drink it with clarified butter, honey, or sugar.

In cases of Pitta disorders, one should drink milk along with clarified butter (ghee) to calm the body. Additionally, one may consume the medicinal preparation made with clarified butter and the mixture of Yashthimadhu (licorice) and sugar.
