स्नेहाद्यैरतियुक्तैश्च मिथ्यायुक्तैर्विषाद्भयात् । शोकाद्दुष्टाम्बुमद्यातिपानात् सात्म्यर्तुपर्ययात् ॥४॥
By excessive use of unctuous substances and other similar items, improper application, exposure to toxins, fear, grief, drinking impure water, excessive alcohol consumption, and disregard for suitability or seasonal variations.
