वचां वयःस्थां गोलोमीं जटिलां चापि धारयेत् । उत्सादनं हितं चात्र स्कन्दापस्मारनाशनम् ॥६॥
The child should wear Vaca, Vayastha, Golomi, and Jatila as a charm. The therapeutic measures (Utsadana) beneficial in the treatment of Skandapasmara (a type of seizure) should also be applied in this case.

बच्चे को ताबीज के रूप में वाच, वयस्थ, गोलोमी और जटिला पहनाना चाहिए। स्कंदपस्मर (एक प्रकार का दौरा) के उपचार में लाभकारी चिकित्सीय उपाय (उत्साधन) भी इस मामले में लागू किया जाना चाहिए।
