श्लेष्मासृग्भ्यां तालुमूलात् प्रवृद्धो दीर्घः शोफो ध्मातबस्तिप्रकाशः । तृष्णाकासश्वासकृत् सम्प्रदिष्टो व्याधिर्वैद्यैः कण्ठशुण्डीति नाम्ना ॥४१॥
From the vitiation of mucus and blood, a long swelling arises from the root of the palate, known as Dhmatabastiprakarsha. The disease associated with thirst, cough, and dyspnea is referred to by physicians as Kanthashundi.
