श्रद्दधानाय भक्ताय विनीतायानसूयवे । भूतेषु कृतमैत्राय शुश्रूषाभिरताय च ।। ३-३२-४१ ।।

Instruction should be given to the faithful devotee who is respectful to the spiritual master, nonenvious, friendly to all kinds of living entities and eager to render service with faith and sincerity. ।। 3-32-41 ।।

english translation

ऐसे श्रद्धालु भक्त को उपदेश दिया जाय जो गुरु के प्रति सम्मानपूर्ण, द्वेष न करने वाला, समस्त जीवों के प्रति मैत्री भाव रखने वाला हो तथा श्रद्धा और निष्ठापूर्वक सेवा करने के लिए उत्सुक हो। ।। ३-३२-४१ ।।
