प्रकृतेर्गुणसाम्यस्य निर्विशेषस्य मानवि । चेष्टा यतः स भगवान् काल इत्युपलक्षितः ॥ ३-२६-१७ ॥

My dear mother, O daughter of Svāyambhuva Manu, the time factor, as I have explained, is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, from whom the creation begins as a result of the agitation of the neutral, unmanifested nature. ॥ 3-26-17 ॥

english translation

हे स्वायंभुव-पुत्री, हे माता, जैसा कि मैने बतलाया काल ही श्रीभगवान् है, जिससे उदासीन (समभाव) एवं अप्रकट प्रकृति के गतिमान होने से सृष्टि प्रारम्भ होती है। ॥ ३-२६-१७ ॥
