Srimad Bhagavatam
तं सुखाराध्यमृजुभिरनन्यशरणैर्नृभिः । कृतज्ञः को न सेवेत दुराराध्यमसाधुभिः ॥ ३-१९-३६ ॥
What grateful soul is there who would not render his loving service to such a great master as the Personality of Godhead? The Lord can be easily pleased by spotless devotees who resort exclusively to Him for protection, though the unrighteous man finds it difficult to propitiate Him. ॥ 3-19-36 ॥
english translation
ऐसा कौन कृतज्ञ जीव होगा जो श्रीभगवान् जैसे परम स्वामी की प्रेमाभक्ति नहीं करना चाहेगा? वे विमल भक्तों पर, जो उन्हीं पर अपनी रक्षा के लिए आश्रित रहते हैं, सरलता से प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं, किन्तु किसी अनुचित व्यक्ति को उन्हें प्रसन्न कर पाने में कठिनाई होती है। ॥ ३-१९-३६ ।
