तद्वाममुष्य परमस्य विकुण्ठ भर्तुः कर्तुं प्रकृष्टमिह धीमहि मन्दधीभ्याम् । लोकानितो व्रजतमन्तरभावदृष्ट्या पापीयसस्त्रय इमे रिपवोऽस्य यत्र ।। ३-१५-३४ ।।

Therefore let us consider how these two contaminated persons should be punished. The punishment should be apt, for thus benefit can eventually be bestowed upon them. Since they find duality in the existence of Vaikuṇṭha life, they are contaminated and should be removed from this place to the material world, where the living entities have three kinds of enemies. ।। 3-15-34 ।।

english translation

अतएव हम विचार करें कि इन दो संदूषित व्यक्तियों को किस तरह दण्ड दिया जाय। जो दण्ड दिया जाय वह उपयुक्त हो क्योंकि इस तरह से अन्तत: उन्हें लाभ दिया जा सकता है। चूँकि वे वैकुण्ठ जीवन के अस्तित्व में द्वैध पाते हैं, अत: वे संदूषित हैं और इन्हें इस स्थान से भौतिक जगत में भेज दिया जाना चाहिए जहाँ जीवों के तीन प्रकार के शत्रु होते हैं। ।। ३-१५-३४ ।।
