श्रीभगवानुवाच यदात्थ मां महाभाग तच्चिकीर्षितमेव मे । ब्रह्मा भवो लोकपालाः स्वर्वासं मेऽभिकाङ्क्षिणः ॥ ११-७-१ ॥
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: O greatly fortunate Uddhava, you have accurately revealed My desire to withdraw the Yadu dynasty from the earth and return to My own abode in Vaikuṇṭha. Thus Lord Brahmā, Lord Śiva and all other planetary rulers are now praying for Me to resume My residence in Vaikuṇṭha. ॥ 11-7-1 ॥

भगवान के परम व्यक्तित्व ने कहा: हे अत्यंत भाग्यशाली उद्धव, आपने यदुवंश को पृथ्वी से वापस लेने और वैकुंठ में अपने निवास पर लौटने की मेरी इच्छा को सटीक रूप से प्रकट किया है। इस प्रकार भगवान ब्रह्मा, भगवान शिव और अन्य सभी ग्रह शासक अब मुझसे वैकुंठ में अपना निवास फिर से शुरू करने के लिए प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं। ॥ ११-७-१ ॥

मया निष्पादितं ह्यत्र देवकार्यमशेषतः । यदर्थमवतीर्णोऽहमंशेन ब्रह्मणार्थितः ॥ ११-७-२ ॥
Answering the prayer of Lord Brahmā, I descended within this world along with My plenary portion, Lord Baladeva, and performed various activities on behalf of the demigods. I have now completed My mission here. ॥ 11-7-2 ॥

भगवान ब्रह्मा की प्रार्थना का उत्तर देते हुए, मैं अपने पूर्ण अंश, भगवान बलदेव के साथ इस दुनिया में अवतरित हुआ, और देवताओं की ओर से विभिन्न गतिविधियाँ कीं। मैंने अब यहां अपना मिशन पूरा कर लिया है। ॥ ११-७-२ ॥

कुलं वै शापनिर्दग्धं नङ्क्ष्यत्यन्योन्यविग्रहात् । समुद्रः सप्तमेऽह्न्येतां पुरीं च प्लावयिष्यति ॥ ११-७-३ ॥
Now due to the brāhmaṇas’ curse the Yadu dynasty will certainly perish by fighting among themselves; and on the seventh day from today the ocean will rise up and inundate this city of Dvārakā. ॥ 11-7-3 ॥
english translation
अब ब्राह्मणों के शाप से यदुवंश आपस में लड़कर अवश्य ही नष्ट हो जायेंगे; और आज से सातवें दिन समुद्र उठेगा और इस द्वारका नगरी को जलमग्न कर देगा। ॥ ११-७-३ ॥

यर्ह्येवायं मया त्यक्तो लोकोऽयं नष्टमङ्गलः । भविष्यत्यचिरात्साधो कलिनापि निराकृतः ॥ ११-७-४ ॥
O saintly Uddhava, in the near future I will abandon this earth. Then, being overwhelmed by the Age of Kali, the earth will be bereft of all piety. ॥ 11-7-4 ॥

हे साधु उद्धव, निकट भविष्य में मैं इस पृथ्वी को त्याग दूंगा। तब, कलियुग से अभिभूत होकर, पृथ्वी सभी धर्मपरायणता से रहित हो जाएगी। ॥ ११-७-४ ॥

न वस्तव्यं त्वयैवेह मया त्यक्ते महीतले । जनोऽधर्मरुचिर्भद्र भविष्यति कलौ युगे ॥ ११-७-५ ॥
My dear Uddhava, you should not remain here on the earth once I have abandoned this world. My dear devotee, you are sinless, but in Kali-yuga the people will be addicted to all types of sinful activities; therefore do not stay here. ॥ 11-7-5 ॥

मेरे प्रिय उद्धव, जब मैंने इस संसार को त्याग दिया है तो तुम्हें इस पृथ्वी पर नहीं रहना चाहिए। मेरे प्रिय भक्त, तुम पापरहित हो, लेकिन कलियुग में लोग सभी प्रकार की पाप गतिविधियों में आसक्त होंगे; इसलिए यहां मत रहो। ॥ ११-७-५ ॥
