Shiva Purana
असमाप्ये शपूजान्तामशुचिर्नष्टधीर्नृपः ॥ रात्रौ चकार सुप्रीत्या भोजनन्नष्टमंगलः॥ ५४॥
Without concluding the worship of Śiva, the defiled king, confused in mind and bereft of auspiciousness, took his food at night with pleasure.
