निष्क्रमोऽथ चतुर्थेऽस्य मासि पित्रा कृतो गृहात् ।। अन्नप्राशनमब्दार्द्धे चूडार्द्धे चार्थवत्कृता।। ३४।।

In the fourth month the rite of “crossing the threshold” was performed by the father. At the end of six months the rite of Annaprāśana and at the end of a year the tonsure ceremony was performed.

english translation

niSkramo'tha caturthe'sya mAsi pitrA kRto gRhAt || annaprAzanamabdArddhe cUDArddhe cArthavatkRtA|| 34||
