ब्रह्मा बृहस्पतियुतो देवो गरुडवाहनः ।। नन्दिभृङ्गि समायुक्तो गौर्य्या सह वृषध्वजः ।। २१।।

Brahmā came there with Bṛhaspati. Lord Viṣṇu came riding on Garuḍa as vehicle. The bull-bannered lord came there with Gaurī, Nandin, Bhṛṅgī and others.

english translation

brahmA bRhaspatiyuto devo garuDavAhanaH || nandibhRGgi samAyukto gauryyA saha vRSadhvajaH || 21||

महेन्द्रमुख्या गीर्वाणा नागाः पातालवासिनः ।। रत्नान्यादाय बहुशस्ससरित्का महाब्धयः ।। २२।।

Mahendra and other gods, the Nāgas residing in the nether regions came there. Taking gems with them many great oceans and rivers came there.

mahendramukhyA gIrvANA nAgAH pAtAlavAsinaH || ratnAnyAdAya bahuzassasaritkA mahAbdhayaH || 22||

स्थावरा जंगमं रूपं धृत्वा यातास्सहस्रशः ।। महामहोत्सवे तस्मिन्बभूवाकालकौमुदी ।। २३ ।।

Thousands of immobile beings came there in the forms of the mobile beings. During the great festivities then there was an untimely flood of moonlight.

sthAvarA jaMgamaM rUpaM dhRtvA yAtAssahasrazaH || mahAmahotsave tasminbabhUvAkAlakaumudI || 23 ||

जातकर्म स्वयं तस्य कृतवान्विधिरानतः ।। श्रुतिं विचार्य्य तद्रूपन्नाम्ना गृहपतिस्त्वयम् ।। २४।।

The birth ceremony was performed by himself according to the rituals Considering the scriptures you are the householder by the name of that form.

jAtakarma svayaM tasya kRtavAnvidhirAnataH || zrutiM vicAryya tadrUpannAmnA gRhapatistvayam || 24||

इति नाम ददौ तस्मै देयमेकादशेऽहनि ।। नामकर्मविधानेन तदर्थश्रुतिमुच्चरन् ।। २५ ।।

Thus he gave him the name which should be paid on the eleventh day Uttering the scriptures for the purpose of names and rituals.
