    एतदन्तास्तु गतयो ब्रह्माद्याः समुदाहृताः । घोरेऽस्मिन् भूतसंसारे नित्यं सततयायिनि ॥ ५० ॥etadantAstu gatayo brahmAdyAH samudAhRtAH । ghore'smin bhUtasaMsAre nityaM satatayAyini ॥ 50 ॥The (various) conditions in this always terrible and constantly changing circle of births and deaths to which created beings are subject, are stated to begin with (that of) Brahman, and to end with (that of) these (just mentioned immovable creatures).

Thus, he sees the individual souls united with the Supreme Soul, just as one sees the sun’s rays completely united with the sun. ॥ 11-14-45 ॥

    इष्टापूर्तेन मामेवं यो यजेत समाहितः । लभते मयि सद्भक्तिं मत्स्मृतिः साधुसेवया ॥ ११-११-४७ ॥iSTApUrtena mAmevaM yo yajeta samAhitaH । labhate mayi sadbhaktiM matsmRtiH sAdhusevayA ॥ 11-11-47 ॥One who has executed sacrificial performances and pious works for My satisfaction, and who thus worships Me with fixed attention, obtains unflinching devotional service unto Me. By the excellent quality of his service such a worshiper obtains realized knowledge of Me. ॥ 11-11-47 ॥

    अण्डजाः पक्षिणः सर्पा नक्रा मत्स्याश्च कच्छपाः । यानि चैवं।प्रकाराणि स्थलजान्यौदकानि च ॥ ४४ ॥aNDajAH pakSiNaH sarpA nakrA matsyAzca kacchapAH । yAni caivaM।prakArANi sthalajAnyaudakAni ca ॥ 44 ॥From eggs are born birds, snakes, crocodiles, fishes, tortoises, as well as similar terrestrial and aquatic (animals).

Now please hear what I have learned from that lady. ॥ 11-8-22 ॥

    येषां तु यादृशं कर्म भूतानामिह कीर्तितम् । तत् तथा वोऽभिधास्यामि क्रमयोगं च जन्मनि ॥ ४२ ॥yeSAM tu yAdRzaM karma bhUtAnAmiha kIrtitam । tat tathA vo'bhidhAsyAmi kramayogaM ca janmani ॥ 42 ॥But whatever act is stated (to belong) to (each of) those creatures here below, that I will truly declare to you, as well as their order in respect to birth.
