पिङ्गला नाम वेश्याऽऽसीद्विदेहनगरे पुरा । तस्या मे शिक्षितं किञ्चिन्निबोध नृपनन्दन ।। ११-८-२२ ।।

O son of kings, previously in the city of Videha there dwelled a prostitute named Piṅgalā. Now please hear what I have learned from that lady. ।। 11-8-22 ।।

english translation

हे राजाओं के पुत्र, पहले विदेह नगर में पिंगल नाम की एक वेश्या रहती थी। अब कृपया सुनें कि मैंने उस महिला से क्या सीखा है। ।। ११-८-२२ ।।
