By practicing Yoni Mudra, all those sins are destroyed (ineffective). Therefore, a seeker who desires or aspires for liberation should practice Yoni Mudra.

A wise man, if he sees a rainbow in the sky, must not point it out to anybody.

After this, the devotee meditates on the six chakras (Mooladhar, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi and Ajna Chakra) located in his body through the mantras ‘Hum’ and ‘Hans’.
