    अग्निपक्वाशनो वा स्यात् कालपक्वभुजेव वा । अश्मकुट्टो भवेद् वाऽपि दन्तोलूखलिकोऽपि वा ॥ १७ ॥agnipakvAzano vA syAt kAlapakvabhujeva vA । azmakuTTo bhaved vA'pi dantolUkhaliko'pi vA ॥ 17 ॥He may eat either what has been cooked with fire, or what has been ripened by time; he either may use a stone for grinding, or his teeth may be his mortar.

Thus, a man, upon the birth of a son by his wife, should regard her as his mother.' ॥ 1-68-47 ॥
