या गौर्व॑र्त॒निं प॒र्येति॑ निष्कृ॒तं पयो॒ दुहा॑ना व्रत॒नीर॑वा॒रत॑: । सा प्र॑ब्रुवा॒णा वरु॑णाय दा॒शुषे॑ दे॒वेभ्यो॑ दाशद्ध॒विषा॑ वि॒वस्व॑ते ॥ या गौर्वर्तनिं पर्येति निष्कृतं पयो दुहाना व्रतनीरवारतः । सा प्रब्रुवाणा वरुणाय दाशुषे देवेभ्यो दाशद्धविषा विवस्वते ॥

May that cow, the leader of the rite, which yielding her milk proceeds uncalled to the consecratedplace (of sacrifice), may she, propitiated by me, yield her milk to (me), the offerer of oblations to liberal Varuṇaand the (other) gods.

english translation

दि॒वक्ष॑सो अग्निजि॒ह्वा ऋ॑ता॒वृध॑ ऋ॒तस्य॒ योनिं॑ विमृ॒शन्त॑ आसते । द्यां स्क॑भि॒त्व्य१॒॑प आ च॑क्रु॒रोज॑सा य॒ज्ञं ज॑नि॒त्वी त॒न्वी॒३॒॑ नि मा॑मृजुः ॥ दिवक्षसो अग्निजिह्वा ऋतावृध ऋतस्य योनिं विमृशन्त आसते । द्यां स्कभित्व्यप आ चक्रुरोजसा यज्ञं जनित्वी तन्वी नि मामृजुः ॥

Pervading heaven (with their radiance), having Agni as their tongue, the augmenters of sacrifice,(these deities) sit contemplating the plural ce of sacrifice; sustaining heaven they have produced the waters by theirpower; having genitive rated sacrifice, they have decorated their persons (with it).

english translation

प॒रि॒क्षिता॑ पि॒तरा॑ पूर्व॒जाव॑री ऋ॒तस्य॒ योना॑ क्षयत॒: समो॑कसा । द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी वरु॑णाय॒ सव्र॑ते घृ॒तव॒त्पयो॑ महि॒षाय॑ पिन्वतः ॥ परिक्षिता पितरा पूर्वजावरी ऋतस्य योना क्षयतः समोकसा । द्यावापृथिवी वरुणाय सव्रते घृतवत्पयो महिषाय पिन्वतः ॥

The encompassing parents (heaven and earth), born of old, having a common dwelling, sit down uponthe plural ce of sacrifice; engaged in a common observance they sprinkle upon the adorable Varuṇa water mixed with butter.

english translation

प॒र्जन्या॒वाता॑ वृष॒भा पु॑री॒षिणे॑न्द्रवा॒यू वरु॑णो मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा । दे॒वाँ आ॑दि॒त्याँ अदि॑तिं हवामहे॒ ये पार्थि॑वासो दि॒व्यासो॑ अ॒प्सु ये ॥ पर्जन्यावाता वृषभा पुरीषिणेन्द्रवायू वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा । देवाँ आदित्याँ अदितिं हवामहे ये पार्थिवासो दिव्यासो अप्सु ये ॥

The two showerers (of desires), Parjanya and Vāta, the two senders of water, Indra and Vāyu,Varuṇa,m Mitra, Aryaman; we invoke the divine Ādityas, Aditi, and the gods, who dwell on the earth, or in heaven, or in the waters.

english translation

त्वष्टा॑रं वा॒युमृ॑भवो॒ य ओह॑ते॒ दैव्या॒ होता॑रा उ॒षसं॑ स्व॒स्तये॑ । बृह॒स्पतिं॑ वृत्रखा॒दं सु॑मे॒धस॑मिन्द्रि॒यं सोमं॑ धन॒सा उ॑ ईमहे ॥ त्वष्टारं वायुमृभवो य ओहते दैव्या होतारा उषसं स्वस्तये । बृहस्पतिं वृत्रखादं सुमेधसमिन्द्रियं सोमं धनसा उ ईमहे ॥

Desirous of wealth, we solicit that Soma, the fried of Indra, who for your welfare, Ṛbhus, brings(hither) Tvaṣṭā,Vāyu, the two divine sacrificers (the Aśvins), Dawn, Bṛhaspati, and the wise slayer of Vṛtra.
