Ramayana
तपसा जितलोकानां कामगान्यभिसम्पतन् । गन्धर्वाप्सरसश्चैव ददर्श धनदानुजः ॥ ३-३५-२०
- could fly where one desired were seen by the brother of Kubera ( Ravana ) speeding along. It was controlled by those who had conquered the higher worlds by their penances. He saw gandharvas and apsaras as well. ॥ 3-35-20॥
english translation
tapasA jitalokAnAM kAmagAnyabhisampatan । gandharvApsarasazcaiva dadarza dhanadAnujaH ॥ 3-35-20
