स प्रविश्य मुनिश्रेष्ठं तपसा दुष्प्रधर्षणम् । कृताञ्जलिरुवाचेदं रामागमनमञ्जसा ॥ ३-१२-६
Having promptly entered, with folded hands reported to the great sage who was armed with the inviolable powers of penance . - ॥ 3-12-6॥
english translation
sa pravizya munizreSThaM tapasA duSpradharSaNam । kRtAJjaliruvAcedaM rAmAgamanamaJjasA ॥ 3-12-6
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयथोक्तं लक्ष्मणेनैव शिष्योऽगस्त्यस्य सम्मतः । पुत्रौ दशरथस्येमौ रामो लक्ष्मण एव च ॥ ३-१२-७
- as he was told by Lakshmana about Rama's arrival 'Rama and Lakshmana, the two sons of Dasaratha . - ॥ 3-12-7॥
english translation
yathoktaM lakSmaNenaiva ziSyo'gastyasya sammataH । putrau dazarathasyemau rAmo lakSmaNa eva ca ॥ 3-12-7
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रविष्टावाश्रमपदं सीतया सह भार्यया । द्रष्टुं भवन्तमायातौ शुश्रूषार्थमरिन्दमौ ॥ ३-१२-८
- along with Sita, wife of Rama, have arrived at the hermitage. Both the subduers of enemies have come here now to see and serve your Holiness. ॥ 3-12-8॥

praviSTAvAzramapadaM sItayA saha bhAryayA । draSTuM bhavantamAyAtau zuzrUSArthamarindamau ॥ 3-12-8
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयदत्रानन्तरं तत्त्वमाज्ञापयितुमर्हसि । ततश्शिष्यादुपश्रुत्य प्राप्तं रामं सलक्ष्मणम् ॥ ३-१२-९

yadatrAnantaraM tattvamAjJApayitumarhasi । tatazziSyAdupazrutya prAptaM rAmaM salakSmaNam ॥ 3-12-9
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवैदेहीं च महाभागामिदं वचनमब्रवीत् । दिष्ट्या रामश्चिरस्याद्य द्रष्टुं मां समुपागतः ॥ ३-१२-१०
- and great daughter of the king of Videha ( Sita ) the sage said 'It is good fortune that Rama has come here after a long time to see me. ॥ 3-12-10॥

vaidehIM ca mahAbhAgAmidaM vacanamabravIt । diSTyA rAmazcirasyAdya draSTuM mAM samupAgataH ॥ 3-12-10
