निहत्य नागं तु शरेण तेन; वज्रॊपमेनाद्रिवराम्बुदाभम तथाविधेनैव शरेण पार्थॊ; दुर्यॊधनं वक्षसि निर्बिभेद ॥ ४-६०-१२ ॥
'And having felled that mighty elephant, vast as a mountain and resembling a mass of clouds, with a thunder-like arrow, the son of Pritha struck Duryodhana in the chest with another arrow of equal force.' ॥ 4-60-12 ॥
english translation
nihatya nAgaM tu zareNa tena; vajròpamenAdrivarAmbudAbhama tathAvidhenaiva zareNa pArthò; duryòdhanaM vakSasi nirbibheda ॥ 4-60-12 ॥
