तस्य तद दहतः सैन्यं दृष्ट्वा चैव पराक्रमम सर्वे शान्ति परा यॊधा धार्तराष्ट्रस्य पश्यतः ॥ ४-५७-१५ ॥
'Beholding the dreadful might of Arjuna, which scorched the hostile host, the Kuru warriors, even in the presence of Duryodhana, were struck with fear and ceased to fight.' ॥ 4-57-15 ॥
english translation
tasya tada dahataH sainyaM dRSTvA caiva parAkramama sarve zAnti parA yòdhA dhArtarASTrasya pazyataH ॥ 4-57-15 ॥
