[वै] अथ संगम्य सर्वे तु कौरवाणां महारथाः अर्जुनं सहिता यत्ताः परत्ययुध्यन्त भारत ।। ४-५७-१ ।।

'Vaisampayana said, "Then, O Bharata, all the great chariot-warriors of the Kurus, united, advanced to assail Arjuna from every side with all their might."' ।। 4-57-1 ।।
