अहम इन्द्राद दृढां मुष्टिं बरह्मणः कृतहस्तताम परगाढं तुमुलं चित्रम अतिविद्धं परजापतेः ॥ ४-५६-१० ॥
'My strength of grasp comes from Indra, my dexterity from Brahma, and I have learned, from Prajapati, various techniques of fierce attack and defense amid throngs of enemies.' ॥ 4-56-10 ॥

ahama indrAda dRDhAM muSTiM barahmaNaH kRtahastatAma paragADhaM tumulaM citrama atividdhaM parajApateH ॥ 4-56-10 ॥
