ताम अर्जुनस तदायान्तीं शक्तिं हेमविभूषिताम वियद गतां महॊल्काभं चिच्छेद दशभिः शरैः सापतद दशधा छिन्ना भूमौ पार्थेन धीमता ॥ ४-५२-१८ ॥

sanskrit

'As the gold-adorned javelin sped through the air with the brilliance of a meteor, Arjuna deftly cut it down with ten sharp arrows. Witnessing his dart thus destroyed by the wise Arjuna, Kripa swiftly seized another bow and nearly at once unleashed a volley of crescent-shaped arrows.' ।। 4-52-18 ।।

tAma arjunasa tadAyAntIM zaktiM hemavibhUSitAma viyada gatAM mahòlkAbhaM ciccheda dazabhiH zaraiH sApatada dazadhA chinnA bhUmau pArthena dhImatA ॥ 4-52-18 ॥
