अलुब्धाश चैव कौन्तेयाः कृतवन्तश च दुष्करम न चापि केवलं राज्यम इच्छेयुस ते ऽनुपायतः ॥ ४-४७-७ ॥
'The sons of Kunti do not yield to temptation; they have accomplished difficult feats with honor. Had they coveted their kingdom by unfair means, the descendants of the Kuru race would have shown their strength during the dice game.' ॥ 4-47-7 ॥

alubdhAza caiva kaunteyAH kRtavantaza ca duSkarama na cApi kevalaM rAjyama iccheyusa te 'nupAyataH ॥ 4-47-7 ॥
