नाक्षान कषिपति गाण्डीवं न कृतं दवापरं न च जवलतॊ निशितान बाणांस तीक्ष्णान कषिपति गाण्डिवम ।। ४-४५-२३ ।।

'The Gandiva bow, unlike the dice of the Krita or Dwapara ages, does not gamble—it unleashes blazing, sharp shafts by the thousands upon foes.' ।। 4-45-23 ।।

english translation

nAkSAna kaSipati gANDIvaM na kRtaM davAparaM na ca javalatò nizitAna bANAMsa tIkSNAna kaSipati gANDivama || 4-45-23 ||
