न मृषाभिहितं राज्ञॊ मनुष्येषु परकाशयेत यं चासूयन्ति राजानः पुरुषं न वदेच च तम ॥ ४-४-२४ ॥
'One should not disclose among men what the king has spoken falsely; nor should he mention the name of any person whom the king holds in contempt.' ॥ 4-4-24 ॥
