'Let the mighty king Susarman, accompanied by a strong force with chariots and beasts, march with the Trigartas toward the territory of the Matsyas. Let him set out first, carefully concealing his purpose.' ।। 4-29-22 ।।
तरिगर्तैः सहितॊ राजा समग्रबलवाहनः पराग एव हि सुसंवीतॊ मत्स्यस्य विषयं परति ।। ४-२९-२३ ।।
'The king, accompanied by the entire force of the Trigartas, well-equipped and strong, is indeed advancing swiftly toward the territory of the Matsyas.' ।। 4-29-23 ।।
ते यात्वा सहसा तत्र विराटनगरं परति कषिप्रं गॊपान समासाद्य गृह्णन्तु विपुलं धनम ।। ४-२९-२५ ।।
'Meanwhile, let the Trigartas swiftly advance to the city of Virata. There, upon encountering the herdsmen, they shall seize the vast wealth of cattle.' ।। 4-29-25 ।।
