यस्याः सागरपर्यन्ता पृथिवी वशवर्तिनी आसीत साद्य सुदेष्णाया भीताहं वशवर्तिनी ॥ ४-१९-२० ॥
'She who once had the whole Earth, even unto the ocean’s edge, under her command—today lives in fear, under the authority of Sudeshna.' ॥ 4-19-20 ॥
english translation
yasyAH sAgaraparyantA pRthivI vazavartinI AsIta sAdya sudeSNAyA bhItAhaM vazavartinI ॥ 4-19-20 ॥
