द्व्यङ्गस्थिते बुधे लग्ने दृष्टे वा दशमेऽपि वा। यमलं कुरुते योगं पुंस्त्रियो राशिसंश्रयात्॥११॥
When Mercury is in the Lagna identical with a dual sign or when such a Lagna is aspected by Mercury, or when Mercury is in the 10th house, twins will be born, the sex of the twins being decided by the Rasis and Amsas occupied by the above.

युग्मर्क्षगौ चन्द्रशुक्रौ द्व्यंशस्थौ वा बुधोदये। विषमेष्वारजीवौ वा यमलः स्यान्न संशयः॥१२॥
There will undoubtedly be born twins under the following yogas; (1) the Moon and Venus both posited in even signs, or in dual Navamsas; (2) Mercury in the Lagna and Mars and Jupiter in odd signs (or Amsas). [In the above case if Mercury occupies Mithuna or Dhanus and the same Navamsa, or if Mercury aspects the Lagna, both in male dual Rasi or Amsa, there will be two boys, otherwise, girls.]

अन्योन्यमभिवीक्षेते चन्द्रादित्यौ दिवा यदि। बुधमन्दौ तथा रात्रौ षण्डयोगद्वयं भवेत्॥१३॥
If the Sun and the Moon aspect each other at day time or (2) if Mercury and Saturn aspect each other at night, eunuchs will be born under these two yogas.

विबीजिनामिमे योगा निष्फलाश्च भवन्ति हि। अन्धाश्च नृगुणैर्हीना यथा योगास्तथाविधाः॥१४॥
The above yogas (planetary positions) will be utterly null and void for persons without the seed or virility, just as blind men are devoid of manly qualities. So the blind and these yogas stand on a par with each other.

कललं प्रथमे मासि तस्य मासाधिपो भृगुः। द्वितीये मासि भौमस्तु गर्भः पिङ्गा(ण्डा)क्षबीजवत्॥१५॥
In the first month of pregnancy, the foetus will be in the form of only coagulated blood and is presided over by Venus; in the second month, it resembles the seed of Pingaksha and is presided over by Mars; . -
