विबीजिनामिमे योगा निष्फलाश्च भवन्ति हि। अन्धाश्च नृगुणैर्हीना यथा योगास्तथाविधाः॥१४॥

sanskrit

The above yogas (planetary positions) will be utterly null and void for persons without the seed or virility, just as blind men are devoid of manly qualities. So the blind and these yogas stand on a par with each other.

english translation

vibIjinAmime yogA niSphalAzca bhavanti hi। andhAzca nRguNairhInA yathA yogAstathAvidhAH॥14॥
