लग्नं विहाय केन्द्रे सकलकलापूरितो निशानाथः। गुरुभृगुजाभ्यां दृष्टः करोति पृथिवीपतिं जातम्॥१६॥
If the Moon with her digits full be posited in a Kendra house other than the Lagna and be aspected by Jupiter and Venus, the person born will become the ruler of the earth.

विदधाति सार्वभौमं लग्नाधिपतिः स्वतुङ्गभे केन्द्रे। मुक्त्वारिनीचभागं नान्यग्रहमंयुतो नियतम्॥१७॥
When the lord of the Lagna is in his exaltation, unconjoined with any other planet and occupies a Kendra house and is in a Navamsa other than his inimical or depression one, the Yoga will make the native concerned an emperor.

चापाजसिंहराशिषु लग्नस्थो भूमिजो महीपालम्। जनयति च मित्रदृष्टः स्वबाहुबलनिर्जितारिबलपक्षम्॥१८॥
If Mars occupy the Lagna identical with any one of the Rasis—Dhanus, Mesha and Simha, and be aspected by a friendly planet, a king will be born who will completely defeat the enemy and cripple his power.

अश्विन्यनुराधासु स्थितः श्रविष्ठासु पार्थिवं भौमः। कुरुते दशमोपगते लग्नस्थे वा रवौ न नीचस्थे॥१९॥
If Mars occupy Aswini, Anuradha or Dhanishta, identical with the 10th house, or if the Sun occupy the Lagna and be not in his depression sign, the Yoga will make the person born a King.

जीवनिशाकरसूर्याः पञ्चमदुश्चिक्यधर्मगा वक्रात्। यदि भवति तदा राजा कुबेरतुल्यो धनेनासौ॥२०॥
When Jupiter, the Moon and the Sun occupy respectively the 5th, the 3rd and the 9th houses all reckoned from Mars, the person born will become a King possessing wealth like that of Kubera.
