लग्नं विहाय केन्द्रे सकलकलापूरितो निशानाथः। गुरुभृगुजाभ्यां दृष्टः करोति पृथिवीपतिं जातम्॥१६॥

If the Moon with her digits full be posited in a Kendra house other than the Lagna and be aspected by Jupiter and Venus, the person born will become the ruler of the earth.

lagnaM vihAya kendre sakalakalApUrito nizAnAthaH। gurubhRgujAbhyAM dRSTaH karoti pRthivIpatiM jAtam॥16॥
