विदधाति सार्वभौमं लग्नाधिपतिः स्वतुङ्गभे केन्द्रे। मुक्त्वारिनीचभागं नान्यग्रहमंयुतो नियतम्॥१७॥

When the lord of the Lagna is in his exaltation, unconjoined with any other planet and occupies a Kendra house and is in a Navamsa other than his inimical or depression one, the Yoga will make the native concerned an emperor.

english translation

vidadhAti sArvabhaumaM lagnAdhipatiH svatuGgabhe kendre। muktvArinIcabhAgaM nAnyagrahamaMyuto niyatam॥17॥
