लग्नाधिपतिः स्वोच्चे पश्यन् मृगलाञ्छनं नृपं कुरुते। बहुगजतुरगबलौघैः क्षपितविपक्षं महाविभवम्॥१५॥

If the Lord of the Lagna be in his exaltation and aspect the Moon, the person born in the Yoga will become a king who will have at his command a large number of elephants, horses, army, etc., and who will completely cripple the enemy of his power.

english translation

lagnAdhipatiH svocce pazyan mRgalAJchanaM nRpaM kurute। bahugajaturagabalaughaiH kSapitavipakSaM mahAvibhavam॥15॥
