hk transliteration by Sanscriptसम्पूर्णचन्द्रो भाग्यस्थो जातो राजा भविष्यति। अधिमित्रगृहे केन्द्रे जन्माधिपतिर्विलग्नपतियुक्तः। पश्यति बलपरिपूर्णो लयं स्यात् पुष्कलो योगः॥१२॥
If the Moon be full and occupy the 9th house, the person born will become a king. If the lord of the sign occupied by the Moon be in conjunction with the lord of the Lagna and occupy a Kendra synchronous with a sign owned by a planet very friendly to him, and if the said Moon should also aspect the Lagna, the Yoga formed is called पुष्कल- Pushkala.

People born in the पुष्कल—Pushkala Yoga will surely become rulers of the earth. Those who belong to the royal family will become emperors with crown and umbrella.

If the Lord of the Lagna be in his exaltation and aspect the Moon, the person born in the Yoga will become a king who will have at his command a large number of elephants, horses, army, etc., and who will completely cripple the enemy of his power.
