नगा (30) धिकफला ये स्यू राशयस्ते शुभप्रदाः। तत्त्वादि (25) खगुणा (30) न्ताक्षा राशयो मध्यमा मताः॥७६॥
Rasis containing 30 or more dots are declared to be productive of good (or auspicious) effects. Those between 25 and 30 are considered as medium.
english translation
nagA (30) dhikaphalA ye syU rAzayaste zubhapradAH। tattvAdi (25) khaguNA (30) ntAkSA rAzayo madhyamA matAH॥76॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअतिक्षीणफला ये स्यू राशयस्तेऽधमाः स्मृताः। श्रेष्ठराशिषु सर्वाणि शुभकार्याणि कारयेत्॥७७॥
Signs containing very small number of dots are declared as very bad. All auspicious acts should be performed (when the luminaries are) in the good Rasis.

atikSINaphalA ye syU rAzayaste'dhamAH smRtAH। zreSTharAziSu sarvANi zubhakAryANi kArayet॥77॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptश्रेष्ठान् राशीन् मुहूर्तेषु योजयेन्मतिमान्नरः। यस्य व्ययाधिकं लग्नं भोगवानर्थवान् भवेत्॥७८॥
A good astrologer should select only those Rasis which contain good number of benefic dots for celebrating anything auspicious. He, in whose Ashtavarga the benefic dots in the Lagna exceed that of the 12th will enjoy life and be rich.

zreSThAn rAzIn muhUrteSu yojayenmatimAnnaraH। yasya vyayAdhikaM lagnaM bhogavAnarthavAn bhavet॥78॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविपरीते तु दारिद्र्यं भविष्यति न संशयः। त्रिंशतो मध्यमं पूर्वं परं तस्माच्छुभं भवेत्॥७९॥
When it is otherwise, poverty will without doubt encircle him. From 25 to 30, it will be middling. After that it is only good that will prevail.

viparIte tu dAridryaM bhaviSyati na saMzayaH। triMzato madhyamaM pUrvaM paraM tasmAcchubhaM bhavet॥79॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमूर्त्यादि व्ययपर्यन्तं बोध्यं भावफलं बुधैः। अधिके शोभनं विद्याद्धीने दोषं विनिर्दिशेत्॥८०॥
The several effects of the Bhavas from the 1st to the 12th should be determined before-hand by the wise man. When benefic dots predominate, the effect of that Rasi will be good. When the number of dots are low, something bad has to be expected.

mUrtyAdi vyayaparyantaM bodhyaM bhAvaphalaM budhaiH। adhike zobhanaM vidyAddhIne doSaM vinirdizet॥80॥
