The several effects of the Bhavas from the 1st to the 12th should be determined before-hand by the wise man. When benefic dots predominate, the effect of that Rasi will be good. When the number of dots are low, something bad has to be expected.

english translation

mUrtyAdi vyayaparyantaM bodhyaM bhAvaphalaM budhaiH। adhike zobhanaM vidyAddhIne doSaM vinirdizet॥80॥
