श्रेष्ठान् राशीन् मुहूर्तेषु योजयेन्मतिमान्नरः। यस्य व्ययाधिकं लग्नं भोगवानर्थवान् भवेत्॥७८॥

A good astrologer should select only those Rasis which contain good number of benefic dots for celebrating anything auspicious. He, in whose Ashtavarga the benefic dots in the Lagna exceed that of the 12th will enjoy life and be rich.

zreSThAn rAzIn muhUrteSu yojayenmatimAnnaraH। yasya vyayAdhikaM lagnaM bhogavAnarthavAn bhavet॥78॥
