मन्दाष्टवर्गे राशौ तु फलहीने क्षयो भवेत्। तद्भक्ते भास्करेणेन्दौ तस्मिन् काले मृतिं वदेत्॥७१॥
In the Ashtakavarga of Saturn, if there be no benefic dots in any Rasi, it indicates disease or death. When the शोध्यपिण्ड product (Vide Slokas 69-70) is divided by 12, and when the Moon transits the sign thus revealed, one may predict death.

सर्वग्रहान् फलयुतांश्च नियोज्य चक्रे मूर्त्या च सर्वमशुभं च शुभं समं च। जन्मादितः फलमशेषदशां समीक्ष्य यात्राविवाहसमये कथयेद्विधिज्ञः॥७२॥
After entering all the planets in their several Ashtakavargas with their respective benefic dots and ascertaining from the Lagna all those houses that are unfavourable, auspicious and medium and their effects in the entire Dasa periods, the astrologer should proceed to fix up the time for travel, marriage etc.
