आदित्यपूर्वषट्कस्था ये ग्रहास्तेऽप्यधोमुखाः। अपरस्थाश्च ये भानोरूर्ध्वास्यास्ते सुखप्रदाः॥१॥

When the Dasa of Mars is in progress, one will earn money through fire, lands, carrying loads, medicine, falsehood, deceit, and doing various cruel deeds. He will suffer bilious troubles, bad blood, and fever. He will always be in the company of women of the low class. He will be forsaken by his wife, sons, relations and elders. He will interest himself in the welfare of others.

During the Dasa of Mars when he is posited in his Moolatrikona, one's mind will become distracted; there will be the acquisition of wife, children and money; he will do daring acts, will be fond of sexual pleasure and intelligent.
